DEPOSIT AND SAFEGUARDING OF PUBLIC MONEYS OF VILLAGE (EXCERPT)

129.44 "Deposit" defined.

Sec. 4.

As used in this act, "deposit" includes the purchase of, or investment in, shares of a credit union.
