MICHIGAN CAMPAIGN FINANCE ACT (EXCERPT)

169.256 Ordinance or resolution.

Sec. 56.

A county, city, township, village, or school district may not adopt an ordinance or resolution that is more restrictive than the provisions contained in this act.
