INVENTIONS AND DISCOVERIES (EXCERPT)
Act 2 of 1954 (Ex. Sess.)

17.403 Contracts relating to inventions, discoveries and patents; disposition of receipts.

Sec. 3.

All moneys received by virtue of any such contract shall be turned over to the state treasurer and credited to the general fund of the state.
