GREAT SEAL (EXCERPT)
Act 19 of 1963 (2nd Ex. Sess.)

2.43 Great seal; official dies.

Sec. 3.

The official dies of the great seal shall not be transported outside the state but shall remain at the seat of government at the office of the secretary of state.
