257.1316 Change in name or address of facility; notice; making change in renewal registration.

Sec. 16.

If a name or address of the motor vehicle repair facility changes, not involving a change of ownership, the facility shall notify the administrator in writing of the change. Appropriate changes should be made on the renewal registration when due.
