MICHIGAN VEHICLE CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 300 of 1949

257.9 "County jail" defined.

Sec. 9.

"County jail" as referred to in this act shall be construed to mean the county jail of any county where the violation of any of the provisions of this act occur.
