Laws Section 28.243a Act 289 of 1925 28.243a Fingerprinting; refusal or resistance as misdemeanor.
Sec. 3a. (1) A person shall not refuse to allow or resist the taking of his or her fingerprints if authorized or required under this act. (2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
