Laws Section 29.5g Act 207 of 1941 29.5g Fire, explosion, spill, leak, accident, or related occurrence; notice of details. Sec. 5g. Immediately following a fire, explosion, spill, leak, accident, or related occurrence that involves the transportation, storage, handling, sale, use, or processing of hazardous material by a firm, person, or vehicle, the owner of the firm or vehicle or the person and the chief of the first police department or organized fire department upon the scene of the incident shall notify the bureau and the organized fire department of the area in which the incident occurred of the known details regarding the incident.
