MICHIGAN MILITARY ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 150 of 1967

32.531 Officers' bonds; force and effect.

Sec. 131.

The bond of an officer who has heretofore given a bond by virtue of any law concerning the militia shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.
