333.10117 Intentionally falsifying, forging, concealing, defacing, or obliterating document of gift; violation as felony; penalty.Sec. 10117.
A person that, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $50,000.00, or both.
