339.2713 Completion of apprenticeship within 8 years.

Sec. 2713.

An apprentice shall complete his or her apprenticeship within 8 years after beginning the apprenticeship and shall not receive renewal of an apprentice's registration beyond that time unless the department determines that the apprentice was prevented by causes beyond his or her control from completing the apprenticeship and becoming an ocularist in 8 years.
