UNIFORM VETERANS' GUARDIANSHIP ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 321 of 1937

35.87 Construction of act.

Sec. 17.

Liberal construction. This act shall be construed liberally to secure the beneficial intents and purposes thereof and shall apply only to beneficiaries of the veterans administration.
