36.43 Report of commandant on restraint of disorderly members to board of managers.

Sec. 3.

It shall be the duty of such commandant to make a detailed written report of every case in which said restraint shall have been resorted to, to the board of managers of the home at the next meeting of the board after such action shall have been taken.
