393.111 School for blind; board of control; biennial reports; contents.
Sec. 11.
The board of control, together with the superintendent and other officers of said school, shall make a biennial report to the governor and legislature on or before the tenth day of November preceding the regular session of the legislature setting forth among other things, the progress, condition and needs of the several departments of the school, and a detailed account of the receipts and disbursements of the institution for the 2 fiscal years closing on the thirtieth day of the preceding June, in all respects as provided by Act 146, laws of 1891, with estimates of the amount needed for the support of the institution for the ensuing 2 years, and such other information relating to said institution as they may deem proper.
