CHIEF DEPUTY SHERIFF (EXCERPT)
Act 386 of 1913

51.263 Chief deputy sheriff; powers and duties.

Sec. 3.

The said chief deputy sheriff shall perform the like duties and have like power and authority with that of under sheriff of such county.
