MICHIGAN COORDINATE SYSTEMS (EXCERPT)
Act 9 of 1964

54.239 Sole system after December 31, 1989.

Sec. 9.

The Michigan coordinate system of 1927 shall not be used after December 31, 1989. The Michigan coordinate system of 1983 shall be the sole system used after December 31, 1989.
