THE HOME RULE VILLAGE ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 278 of 1909

78.16 Charter commission; quorum.

Sec. 16.

A majority of those elected shall constitute a quorum of the commission and its powers and duties shall be the same as those prescribed in section 11 of this act.
