The commissioner may make such rules and regulations for the removal and distribution of shellfish from lands leased under section 50:1-30 of this Title, as in his judgment will be in accord with the object of the condemnation. Such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with those adopted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 14 of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes.
