    § 60.10  Rules of evidence; in general.
    Unless  otherwise  provided  by  statute  or by judicially established
  rules of evidence applicable to criminal cases, the  rules  of  evidence
  applicable  to  civil  cases  are, where appropriate, also applicable to
  criminal proceedings.
