§ 109. Any person, association, organization or corporation may be
permitted to use the auditorium in the state education building at
Albany for such purposes as may be authorized by regulations of the
commissioner of education upon payment of such fee as may be required
pursuant to a schedule for such purpose adopted by the commissioner of
education and approved by the director of the division of the budget.
