Workers' Compensation 
 
    § 234. Disclosures prohibited. Information as required by any carrier,
  or  its  officers  or  employees,  from employers or employees or others
  pursuant to this article shall not be opened  to  public  inspection  or
  used  for  any  purpose other than the determination of claims under and
  complying with the provisions of  this  article;  and  any  carrier,  or
  officer  or  employee of a carrier who, except with the authority of the
  chairman or pursuant to his regulations, or  as  otherwise  provided  by
  law, shall disclose the same shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
