Oregon Statutes - Chapter 568 - Soil and Water Conservation; Water Quality Management - Section 568.630 - Directors may formulate land-use regulations; public meetings.

The directors of any district have authority to formulate regulations, subject to the written approval of the State Department of Agriculture, governing the use of lands within the district or a part thereof in the interest of conserving soil and soil resources and preventing and controlling soil erosion. The directors may conduct the public meetings upon tentative regulations necessary to assist them in this work. [Amended by 1959 c.48 §1; 1981 c.92 §34]
