§ 1203. Temporary regulations.
(a) Promulgation.--In order to facilitate the prompt
implementation of this part, regulations promulgated by the
board shall be deemed temporary regulations which shall expire
no later than three years following the effective date of this
part. The board may promulgate temporary regulations not subject
to:
(1) Sections 201, 202 and 203 of the act of July 31,
1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred to as the Commonwealth
Documents Law.
(2) The act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as
the Regulatory Review Act.
(b) Expiration.--The authority provided to the board to
adopt temporary regulations in subsection (a) shall expire April
15, 2007. Regulations adopted after this period shall be
promulgated as provided by law.
