     § 1102.  Notice clause.
        Every contract subject to the provisions of this subpart
     shall contain the following clause:
            This agreement is subject to the provisions of the Boxing
            Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to the rules
            and regulations of the State Athletic Commission of
            Pennsylvania and to any future amendments of either of
            them.
