     § 1502.  Financial interest in opponent prohibited.
        No manager, trainer or second of any boxer shall have any
     direct or indirect financial or pecuniary interest in the
     opponent in any contest in which his own boxer participates. No
     boxer shall have any direct or indirect financial or pecuniary
     interest in his opponent in any contest. A violation of this
     section shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree.
