     § 1503.  Financial interest of matchmaker.
        No matchmaker shall have any direct or indirect financial or
     pecuniary interest in any boxer who is engaging in a contest
     arranged by that matchmaker. A violation of this section shall
     constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree.
