     § 1511.  Disposition of commission receipts.
        All fees, taxes, civil penalties, forfeitures and other
     moneys collected under the provisions of this subpart and the
     rules and regulations promulgated under this subpart shall be
     collected by the commission and transmitted to the Department of
     Revenue.
