Athletic Commission Augmentation Account - 5 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 1512

     § 1512.  Athletic Commission Augmentation Account.
        All funds collected by the commission shall be paid into the
     Athletic Commission Augmentation Account, which shall be a
     special restricted receipts account within the General Fund.
     This account shall be used only for the support and operation of
     the commission unless a surplus arises after two consecutive
     years, at which time the secretary shall transfer any amount in
     excess of the commission's budget into the General Fund.
