        Enactment.  Chapter 3 was added February 12, 2004, P.L.99,
     No.12, effective immediately.
        Special Provisions in Appendix.  See section 4(1) of Act 12
     of 2004 in the appendix to this title for special provisions
     relating to continuation of prior law.
        Cross References.  Chapter 3 is referred to in section 2305
     of this title.
     § 301.  Scope.
        This chapter relates to the development of an annual economic
     development financing strategy.
