Conflict of interest - 12 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 2910

     § 2910.  Conflict of interest.
        No employee of the department shall, either directly or
     indirectly, be a party to or have any financial interest in any
     contract or agreement arising pursuant to this chapter.

        Effective Date.  Section 6(1)(i) of Act 12 of 2004 provided
     that section 2910 shall take effect upon publication of the
     guidelines required by section 2912.
