                   GENERAL OBLIGATION AND CONSTRUCTION
                               OF CONTRACT

     Sec.
     2301.  General obligations of parties.
     2302.  Unconscionable contract or clause.

        Enactment.  Chapter 23 was added November 1, 1979, P.L.255,
     No.86, effective January 1, 1980.
     § 2301.  General obligations of parties.
        The obligation of the seller is to transfer and deliver and
     that of the buyer is to accept and pay in accordance with the
     contract.
