     § 12.  Legislation designated by Governor at special sessions.
        When the General Assembly shall be convened in special
     session, there shall be no legislation upon subjects other than
     those designated in the proclamation of the Governor calling
     such session.

        Prior Provisions.  Former section 12 was repealed and present
     section 12 was renumbered from former section 25 by amendment of
     May 16, 1967, P.L.1037, J.R.3.
