     § 13.  Vote denied members with personal interest.
        A member who has a personal or private interest in any
     measure or bill proposed or pending before the General Assembly
     shall disclose the fact to the House of which he is a member,
     and shall not vote thereon.

        Prior Provisions.  Former section 13 was renumbered to
     present section 27 and present section 13 was renumbered from
     former section 33 by amendment of May 16, 1967, P.L.1037, J.R.3.
