        Enactment.  Chapter 11 was added December 21, 1988, P.L.1444,
     No.177, effective October 1, 1989.
     § 1101.  Short titles.
        (a)  Title of subpart.--This subpart shall be known and may
     be cited as the Business Corporation Law of 1988.
        (b)  Prior law.--The act of May 5, 1933 (P.L.364, No.106),
     shall be known and may be cited as the Business Corporation Law
     of 1933.
