     § 1108.  Limitation on incorporation.
        A corporation that can be incorporated under this subpart
     shall not be incorporated except under the provisions of this
     subpart.

        1990 Amendment.  Act 198 renumbered section 1107 to section
     1108 and renumbered former section 1108 to section 1109.
