§ 1301. Purposes.
Corporations may be incorporated under this subpart for any
lawful purpose or purposes. Unless otherwise restricted in its
articles, every business corporation has as its corporate
purpose the engaging in all lawful business for which
corporations may be incorporated under this subpart.
