     § 7323.  Exemption of members from liability for debts of
                corporation.
        A member shall not be liable for the debts of an electric
     cooperative corporation to an amount exceeding the sums
     remaining unpaid on his membership fee, but nothing in this
     chapter shall be construed to relieve any member from the
     payment of any debt due by him to the corporation.
