     § 703.  Voting rights and procedures.
        At all meetings a member shall have but one vote,
     irrespective of his shareholdings. There shall be no voting by
     proxy, but any member, other than a natural person, may cast its
     vote through an agent duly delegated and appointed agent in
     writing.
