§ 3710. Search warrants.
Notwithstanding contrary provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5511(1)
(relating to cruelty to animals) and in addition to the
requirements of existing law, all search warrant applications
filed in connection with alleged violations of cruelty to
animals laws must have the approval of the district attorney in
the county of the alleged offense prior to filing.
