Costs - 22 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 3716

     § 3716.  Costs.
        In addition to any fines, fees or other penalties levied or
     imposed under this chapter or any other statute, a cost of $50
     shall be imposed upon conviction for any violation of 18 Pa.C.S.
     § 5511 (relating to cruelty to animals) other than a summary
     offense. Costs collected under this section shall be disposed of
     in accordance with section 3717 (relating to disposition of
     moneys).
