        Enactment.  Part III was added October 15, 1980, P.L.934,
     No.163, effective January 1, 1981.
        Special Provisions in Appendix.  See section 3 of Act 163 of
     1980 in the appendix to this title for special provisions
     relating to the applicability of Part III to pending
     proceedings.

        Enactment.  Chapter 21 was added October 15, 1980, P.L.934,
     No.163, effective January 1, 1981.
     § 2101.  Short title of part.
        This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Adoption
     Act."
