        Enactment.  Subchapter C.1 was added December 16, 1994,
     P.L.1292, No.151, effective July 1, 1995.

     6303, 6331, 6333, 6337, 6338, 6340, 6346, 6347 of this title.
     § 6351.  Definitions.
        The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter
     shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
     context clearly indicates otherwise:
        "Administrator."  The person responsible for the
     administration of a public or private school, intermediate unit
     or area vocational-technical school. The term includes an
     independent contractor.
