     § 6713.  Civil immunity.
        Except for gross negligence, recklessness or intentional
     misconduct, the Office of Victim Advocate, law enforcement
     agencies and all agents, contractors and employees of the Office
     of Victim Advocate or a law enforcement agency shall be immune
     from civil liability in any action arising in connection with
     this chapter.
