     § 8312.  Assistance with discovery.
        A tribunal may do any of the following:
            (1)  Request another tribunal to assist in obtaining
        discovery.
            (2)  Upon request, compel a person over whom it has
        jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by
        another tribunal.
