     § 6508.  Restraining use of term "college," "university" or
                "seminary."
        Upon the application of the Attorney General, any court
     having jurisdiction shall, in a proper case where a violation of
     this chapter is shown, grant an injunction restraining the use
     of the designation of "college," "university" or "seminary."
