        Enactment.  Chapter 9 was added May 4, 2006, P.L.112, No.34,
     effective in 120 days.
     § 901.  Definitions.
        The following words and phrases when used in this chapter
     shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
     context clearly indicates otherwise:
        "Acquiring agency."  The term includes an agency or person
     that is carrying out a program or project to the extent that the
     agency or person causes a person to become a displaced person.
