        Enactment.  Chapter 11 was added May 4, 2006, P.L.112, No.34,
     effective in 120 days.

     § 1101.  Viewers' hearing.
        The viewers may hear testimony, receive evidence and make
     independent investigation as they deem appropriate, without
     being bound by formal rules of evidence.
