§ 326. Limitation on regulatory jurisdiction.
The commission shall have no regulatory jurisdiction over the
program whereby the Department of Environmental Protection
sprays Bacillus thuringiensis israeliensis (Bti) on Commonwealth
waters for control of blackfly.
