Cooperative agreements - 30 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 328

     § 328.  Cooperative agreements.
        The commission may enter into cooperative agreements with any
     agency of the United States, any agency of any other state, any
     agency of the Commonwealth or Pennsylvania local government, or
     any educational or research institution or any other person or
     entity to carry out or further the programs of the commission.
