§ 907. Operation of vehicle or boat without lights to avoid
identification or arrest.
A person who operates a vehicle or boat without lights or who
turns off any or all lights on a vehicle or boat for the purpose
of avoiding identification or apprehension commits a summary
offense of the first degree.
